  • How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

    You can manage your subscription anytime from your account settings.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We use Stripe as our payment processor to accept all major credit cards. We also accept wire transfers for organisations.

  • Can I try Pro before paying?

    No, we don't offer a free trial on the Pro tier. We belive the Pro tier is a great value for the money, and we believe you'll think so too.

  • What happens if I cancel?

    Your account will safely revert to the Free tier at the end of your billing cycle. You can always upgrade again to the Pro tier at any time.
